What does Pustakdham sell?
An online bookstore for Hindi and English books — self-help, spirituality, business & economics, and more, from authors we love.
Are the books original?
Yes — every title is sourced through trusted publishers and distributors. We don't sell pirated or photocopied editions.
Do you accept bulk or gifting orders?
Yes — for events, schools, offices and gifting. Write to pustakdhamsite@gmail.com or WhatsApp us and we'll sort out pricing and delivery.
Orders & payment
What payment methods are supported?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available.
Is it safe to pay online?
Payments are handled by a trusted payment partner over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — free cancellation any time before dispatch. See the Cancellation Policy.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Across India. Standard delivery is 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location; express options are available at checkout. Full details on the Shipping Policy page.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order. Express delivery is ₹149.
How do I track my order?
Tracking goes out on WhatsApp/email when your order ships — or use the Track Order page with your order ID.
How are books packed?
Wrapped with corner protection and packed snugly, so covers and spines arrive the way they left us.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a book?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery if it's damaged, incorrect or defective, unused and in resalable condition. Details in Returns & Refunds.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds reach your original payment method in about 5–7 business days after we receive the return. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
